What payment types does shopforme.com.au accept?
We accept PAYPAL®, VISA® and MASTERCARD® as our primary sources of payment. At checkout you will be presented with 2 options for payment:

If your order contains in-stock items and Pre-Order items your order will be shipped out when the Pre-Order items arrive in-stock. Please note that gift cards are not included in the $150 free shipping total.
Please note that we are unable to combine orders placed on different days. Orders may be combined if purchased on the same day only.

How do I calculate postage for an order under $150?
Once you have added an item to your cart (by clicking “add this to my cart”) simply click on Shopping Cart located at the top right of the screen. The items you have selected should be displayed in your shopping cart.
Under your selected items you will find the estimate shipping link. Click on this link to calculate the shipping costs of the items you have selected. If you have logged in, your address details should automatically populate and shipping estimates will be shown automatically.
There are 3 postage options:
1. Australia Post eParcel Mail – (Tracking number provided)
2. Australia Post Express Parcel Post - (Tracking number provided)
3. Click & Collect - (In-Store Pick Up)
Do you have a payment plan for Hot Toys and Sideshow Collectables?
Yes we do! Once you have purchased the Pre-Order item and paid the deposit please send us a note regarding the instalment plan and we’ll send you the instructions.
What shipping boxes does shopforme use?
We use strong heavy duty shipping boxes when shipping your LEGO orders. We ship LEGO Australia wide. Please note that depending on the size of the order we may use the original LEGO boxes in some instances.
Which LEGO set should I buy as a gift?
Firstly agree on a budget, then decide on the theme you think the person would be interested in. We stock a wide range of LEGO themes catering for all ages. Once you have decided on the LEGO theme just click on the drop down menu and sort by price, easy!
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
shopforme.com.au aims to get parcels posted out within 2-3 business days of ordering, however certain issues can make it take anywhere up to 5 business days to dispatch. Once it leaves our hands, Australia Post or the courier company involved can take anywhere up to 9 business days (depending on location) to deliver.
Some orders may be with you 24 hours after you've paid; however we do ask our customers to allow between 2-3 weeks for the items to arrive. In the unlikely event that an order has not surfaced after that time, you should contact us immediately and we are more than happy to chase that up with the warehouse or Australia Post for you. If you’re unsure as to the status of your order, please login and select My Account to view the current Status of your order. The below section What is my order status? describes each status of your order in more detail.
What is my order status?
When you're signed into shopforme, you can visit your 'Account' and view your orders. Next to each order that you have made, there will be an 'order status'. These are the 6 major possible stages that your order could be in:
Pending - We have received your order request along with your PayPal payment and your order should be Processed shortly for you.
Processing - Your order has now been sent to the warehouse for packing and shipment (address labels are being printed, paper work is being gathered, it’s almost ready)
Dispatched- The label for your order has been printed, your order has been packed and it is now on its way to you.
Awaiting Collection - Your order has been processed and is awaiting collection In-Store.
Update - We have sent you a message about your order, this normally relates to delivery information or required payment information.
Pre-Order - This status relates only to Pre-Order items. Your order has been received and the arrival date of the Pre-Order item will be shown on the individual product page. Once we receive the item in our warehouse you will be contacted.
Once you have placed an order you should receive a confirmation email instantly. If you have not been contacted within 3-4 business days, please send us an email through the contact us page so that a shopforme representative can look into it for you. Please note that these are the only 5 major stages that others exist in; if your order status is something different than those outlined above, please contact us the with your query if you'd like more information.
Pre-Orders are available. All Pre-Order items will be identified as Pre-Order items on the individual product page. You have the ability to select Pay in Full or Pay Deposit. To Pre-Order please follow the standard checkout procedure. If you selected Pay Deposit, when the item arrives in our warehouse you will receive an email notification that final payment is required. To cancel a Pre-Order please Contact Us and quote your Order Number.
You can order both Pre-Order and In-Stock items at the same time. Alternatively you may wish to put them through as separate orders. Please note that in-stock items will not be shipped out until the Pre-Order items arrives in-stock.
Where is LEGO made?
LEGO is made in a number of different countries but LEGO is mainly made in Denmark. If you're interested in additional background information on LEGO we recommend you watch the LEGO Mega Factories documentary available on YouTube.

My LEGO set is missing a LEGO piece, what next?
If your LEGO set is missing a piece of LEGO please visit LEGO Missing Parts and follow the instructions, you should receive your missing piece in 2-3 weeks.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
We try to keep our customers informed at every stage of their order. Once your order has been marked as Dispatched, you will receive an email notification. You may also receive a link to track your order with the shipping carrier (Normally Australia Post). This allows you to check on the status and current location of your parcel. The Dispatch notification means that your order has been packed and awaiting collection by the carriers and should be on route to you shortly afterwards.
I didn't receive an item that I ordered, what happens next?
We are very sorry for any errors we might have made in packing your order. We will do our best to fix any mistakes quickly and at no cost to you. If an item is missing we can send that item out and if an item is not what you ordered we are able to arrange an exchange. Please use the "Contact Us" button to get in touch with us and direct it to the Packing Issues section as soon as you find the problem so that we can help out straight away.
If you're order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please shoot a quick message to our team so that we can investigate and get back to you with exactly what's happening with your order. Before doing this it may be helpful to try tracking your order yourself via Australia Post, as quite often the parcel may be waiting for you at your local post office after an attempted delivery.
My items arrived damaged, what next?
Our self-service warranty and returns area allows you to quickly submit your faulty or damaged items for processing. To request a return:
• Login to shopforme.com.au
• Click on the "My Account" link on the top navigation bar.
• In "My Account", click on "View the orders I have made".
• In your order history, find and then click "View" on the order which contains the items you would like to return.
• Make note of the order number and Products ordered and send this information to us using the Contact Us link. We will get back to you quickly and work with you to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Please note that the cost of sending returns back to shopforme is $12.50 flat fee from anywhere in Australia. If your claim is for replacement of damaged sets (while in transit) you may be directed to Australia Post to lodge a claim.
What happens if I'm not home to receive the parcel?
Almost all of our items are sent via a registered service provided by Australia Post. While they do not phone you prior to delivery, it will not be an issue if no one is at home to sign for the parcel. You will be left with a postcard-type notification with further instructions. This card/notification usually means that your parcel is waiting for you at a local post office; the card should have details on where you can go to collect your parcel. You will need to present this card along with a photo ID for collection. The Post Office normally keeps your parcel for a week before returning it back to us as "Return to Sender".

shopforme is now offering international shipping on a wide range of Hot Toys, Sideshow and Clothing items, for shipping quotes please contact us with your location and item details. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
